i stopped too, well, as always, quit for sometime ,at least for my own time, you know, sometimes the bosses said let's come to smoke section,if you do not go, some important decision may just be made there, besides, when other people smoke you don't, more harmful :icon_yes:

I stopped from one day to another.
Before I smoked a pack a day. I feel so much better without it :yippee:

Whew. I had to actually feel ill before I finally stopped. Now I seriously can't stand cigarettes. So many people smoke in Portland, it is pointless banning it in pubs. You can't walk down the pavement without breathing in secondary smoke, like, ever.

I love partying but in the moment I enter a club I feel sick of the smoke.
Once I even left because my eyes started to itch and stuff.
There is a new law passing by that people wouldnt be allowed to smoke at any clubs and restaurants.
In Hungary it must be a smoking and non-smoking section at restaurants which is a good solution for everyone.

A lot of pubs and clubs have now got designated smokers areas that are usually outside away from everyone else. And i'm not sure about restaurants, they're either doing the same or they're smoke free.

I have never liked smoking it makes me very sick. I live in Boston & am so glad that they made it against the law to smoke in public buildings & clubs & resturants. Sandra you are so beautiful & glad that you quit cause in the long run those things would have killed you & made you age well before your years.
