i think Sandra porbably got royalties from that. it is an advertising campaign of a big company, i dont think they did this without paying her.
but its a good ad who can say the opposite. i dont know that beer but if i see it in a market i would like to try it.

No there is no extra money on that. Except some rare exceptions models usually dont get paid any extra for those stuff.

Generally speaking no. In most case a model gives up his or her rights to the images and any further compensation when he or she signs a model release.

As an example this a very basic example of a model release:

For valuable consideration, I hereby irrevocably consent to and authorize the use and reproduction by you, or anyone authorized by you, of any and all photographs which you have this day taken of me, negative, positive or digital images, proofs of which are hereto attached, for any purpose what so ever, without further compensation to me. All negatives, positives and digital images, together with the print shall constitute your property, solely and completely.

The releases we normally used are a bit more detailed but they say essentially the same thing.
