Sometimes I go with some friends go-karting, i'm pretty fast actually.
Most of the time in the top-5 of the fastest runs that day.
And afterwards we go laser-gaming for 15 minutes.
But this is reaaly killing me, all the running, shooting and pumping music.
Afer 15 minutes i'm totaly exhausted.

It can hurt it really depends on where you get hit and how close the person who shot you was. Usually when you're in the middle of a fire fight and your adrenalin is pumping it really doesn't hurt. In recreational play we have a 20 foot rule, mean you have keep at least 20 feet between you and the person you are shooting at... It cuts down on the really painful hits. I've been shot at point blank range...OUCH... That'll leave a mark!

You should try it some time paintball is just about the most fun you can have with your clothes on! :D
