I use body lotion instead of shaving cream. Not the very rich one, the lotion is good, so you can apply it better.
This way you don`t get shaving bumms, as the skin is perfectly moisturized.

That is why I like the fact that this is my own site, because I can do what I really want during the shoot and even after it :D

you need:
- dry ice cubes
- 10-12cl pinapple juice
- 1cl lemon juice
- 1 cocktail cherry
- 6cl vodka or gin
- 2cl grenadine

howto:
put some ice cubes in a shaker together with the vodka/gin, grenadine, lemon and pineapple juice. shake well till the outside of the shaker "fogs up". put the remaining ice cubes in a long drink glass and pour in the mixture using a bar strainer. cut in the cocktail cherry so your can stick it on the rim of the glass (guess why! :D). cheers!

One just came to my mind now.

I was in pain for work. On the last day we went to a restaurant and there was a see food place.
I did not feel like eating all that stuff but decided having shripms. I thought they are small, so I wont get hurt :)

Hi Sandy. On a related note to the above questions, I'm wondering what kind of work-out and/or exercises you do to keep that gorgeous body so nice. How often?

Do you do yoga at all? I do that more than any other sort of exercise.

Also, not sure if you've ever seen a show called 'The L Word', but I'm guessing you might really like it. I don't think it's supposed to appeal to men as much as women, but I like it a lot.

Oh, and one last comment. I watched the Victoria's Secret lingerie show on TV this week. Sure, some models like Heidi Klum are stunningly beautiful, but the majority of them are too thin and curveless. I was watching thinking to myself "damn, I wish Sandra Shine was in this show, she'd blow everyone away!". I'd l-o-o-o-o-v-e to see you in a show like that, a mainstream primetime show seen all over the world. You belong in those ranks.

I do aerobics about 2 to 4 times a week each time for two hours. One is a step class the other one is regular weight lifting, sit-ups...
But unfortunatelly my favorite instuctor moved to another gym which is more far from me I stayed with the regular gym. I don`t go very often, like two times a week. For me it is more exciting to work out in a class maybe it is because of the other sexy chicks :icon_ques
