Hey y'all, about 75% of my new job requires making reservations for people who want to stay at the hotel. Before closing the phone call, we like to give a confirmation number, which always begins with a 1, an F, then other numbers or letters, and we say "S as in Sam," etc. so the guest gets the correct letter. Anyway, last week, I teased the hell out of a girl who said "Q as in Cupid," and a guy for saying "X as in Extra." You know me, this was all in good fun, and we were all rolling (esp. those who said these things).

Well, last night, I had a res that began with 1FM...I said, "One, F as in Mary, M as in Frank..." The guy was like, "Uh...what?" Again, I said, "One, F as in Mary, M as in Frank..." He paused, and began to chuckle. He said, "Can you say that one more time?" By then, the girl next to me was on a call, and had to mute herself so her guest couldn't hear her laughing at me. I had no idea why she was laughing, but my guest could hear her, and HE began to chuckle even more. I, on the other hand, was growing quickly impatient with this "idiot" who could not hear or understand me giving him his confirmation number! LOL. With an elevated tone and an undertone of impatience, I said, "ONE, F AS IN..." then I realized what I had been saying! As soon as I paused, EVERYONE in the office (including myself and my guest) was in complete hysterics! I was sooo embarrassed, and of course they teased me for the rest of the night. LOLLMAO!
One, F as in Fary, M as in Mrank. Or does the F mean Fish? :icon_conf

Oh man, I actually just had a check-up today. Next week, I go in for a deeep cleaning and 4 fillings. Thank God for novacaine! I was also told that I'll be paying over 2 grand for all the dental work I need done (and that's AFTER insurance)!!! Damn all that candy and soda I ate and drank as a child!

Okay, I still do. LOL

I used to walk in one last year all the time......just for fun. 10pm-11pm (20:00-21:00). I don't care who you are......Jesus is scary-looking in darkness!!!!! lolHahaha, i used to do that with some mates.
The late-night graveyard tour.

We'd go to the pub or club, have a drink or two, then around midnight or 1am, we'd go to the cemetary. Climb under the side fence and walk through just looking at stuff in the dark.
One of my mates (who's notorious for making up shit when he's drunk) tells us "I just saw something sitting on a grave that looked like a fox. But then it stood up and disappeared!" At this point we heard a noise in some nearby bushes and we all pissbolted! My friend lost his shoe while he was running, we laughed at him. Then we slid back under the fence.
This was a weekly event for about 3 weeks.

Maggie Well,...a friend had this BRILLIANT IDEA :icon_no: that I should make a pass on Gina in bed to make her feel uncomfortable then she'd want to sleep in her own bed. I know, I know, it sounds mean spirited, BUT I WAS DESPERATE! She had been sleeping in my bed 4 nights in a row (and I wanted my bed back!), but I didn't have the heart to kick her out 'cuz the earthquake REALLY freaked her.

Long story short, I made a pass on her then she whispered to me that she's always been curious about having sex with a girl WHICH I should have picked up on before AND I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER because she's asked me before how it feels like to "make love" to a girl--which we all know, is the typical bi-curious question.

It gets to a certain point when I feel unmotivated to do well... which isn't good because certain colleges request my first quarter grade, and it's not like I'm slacking; the teacher's just really hard! LOL... Yeah... Uhh… He grew up wanting to be a member of the Village People… :icon_roll :icon_lol: :icon_no:..But he was shunned by society because he was a giant pumpkin. Unable to fulfill his goal of joining the Villiage People, he sank into a life of depression which could only be cured by pushing aside his dignity and getting freaky. He thought that some leather chaps with the crotch cut out would be best for this job.

Halloween is over. November is here. I love this time of year. Holiday programming (Christmas Vacation, A Christmas Story, Home Alone, Tree Lighting, Charlie Brown, etc.), holiday food (Egg Nogg, Turkey, Stuffing, Gravy, Pumpkin Pie), holiday music (the songs get me in the holiday spirit, plus who doesn't like Christmas carols), shopping (Black Friday, etc.) and spending time with your family, whether it be with the hyper little cousins, or that weird uncle and aunt who always pinch your cheeks. You gotta love it. Throw up your appreciation for the most wonderful two months of the year.

So I went to the gym finally yesterday...

School... oh how I hate school. College apps are over, but now it's a matter of surviving classes. I find it hard to keep trying when I continually fail my english exams and quizzes. It gets to a certain point when I feel unmotivated to do well... which isn't good because certain colleges request my first quarter grade, and it's not like I'm slacking; the teacher's just really hard! There has been two heatwaves here in France. Once in 2003, which was really hot and once last year. Each time, in summer, we went up to 40°C and in winter, we went down under -20°C. :icon_yike :icon_yes: Way too hot and way too freezy! :icon_evil I hope it would never happen again. Specially because each times it happens, old people and babies are victims of the heat and the cold. :icon_no: :icon_chai

I feel much better now that I've rectified that horrible day of no Coca Cola! :icon_lol: We were doing poppers and Leonor ALWAYS puts way too much salt in the damn shot! My liver isn't good at breaking down salt so I tend to 'feel' the effects long after.

Yes and no... We've had snow in October a couple of times, it usually doesn't amount to much though. Under normal circumstances we usually don't see our first real snowfall until December.Cool. Nature's way of telling you it's on it's way.

If i had snowfall in December, i'd be very confused. Snow don't fall too well in hot weather.
