Yes I am thinking about adding streaming videos and online watchable pic sets too.
The thing is that when we opened CruisingGirls we had the option for members to see pics and videos online before having to download the full zipped file.
And its onply 5% of the members used it.
I think users appreciate the higher resolution and downloadable sets better as they can see the vids even when their membership expired.
Also to have kind of a middle solution I added a few preview picture gallery to all the sets in the members area as well as trailers so people should now be able to decide if they want to see the whole thing.

To re-organize such a thing the whole site needs to be changed.

I am still thinking if thats what I want to do but havent decided yet.

as member I can tell you that I don't really fell the miss of streaming videos.
I can't see what is their benefit: the quality is lower and still requires a large bandwidth if you want to see them in a fluid way...
Ok, you can use them on iPhone, iPod and similar devices, but c'mon, Pc monitors are much better! :bee:

If I should say what could really be really a big improvement, also in your income, I'd rather think of the idea, maybe on a new separate site, to make your custom videos available for download in high quality, maybe the ones older than one year.
I don't know if it is possible, but I think that the copyright is still yours.

I don't believe that physical DVDs are the solution: your job is hard enough without having to think to logistics and the possible audience is very smaller than buyer on line.

About live shows... I'm not so interested (but it's my opinion), for me your backstage, funstuff and diary sections and your presence on forum really fit the needs.
And they make your site one of the most original on the net.:hearts:

There is also another easy preview idea that could be put to use
on the SSL website. I've seen the same thing done on a number
of websites and it's a decent compromise between full on
preview galleries and no preview galleries.

I don't have time to explain it all right now...I will try to come back
at another time to share more of the details.
It's something very simple and somewhat effective...it gets the
preview job done.

are talking about some sort of a sexual performance happening on
the web cam..correct?
That would usually also incorporate some sort live chat going on at or
around the same time etc. (...usually both before and after the
sexual performance.)

I have participated in many live "web cam shows" from a variety
of different adult performers...so I am familiar with the various techniques
and formats that can be involved etc.

Good idea but I think the ones who ordered it they wouldnt want them to be published as it would lose its personal being. I think it would hurt some of their feeling..

I manage my store myself so adding new dvds wouldnt be an extra thing to ship :) Its more about creating them. I have the contacts already just needed a little extra time to start working on them. Ummm, anybody knows a good doctor who is good at cloning? I would need about 2 clones. :bee: Oh that would be a great scene too. 3 of me making out.... clap_smile

I'm not sure about what you are planning on doing and how you plan
on doing it all.

...but there are a variety of techniques and production aspects that
you might want to consider before you get too set in one single
direction.

Are you planning on doing it all alone as in in house type of
production...in some ways probably somewhat literally "in house".
...or are you planning to hook up with one or more of the
already well established cam show networks?

...and you always have the option of going both/all ways with
the cam content. You can do the SSL in house stuff..and you can
also do the networked cam stuff.

It's all work for you....so I am not sure about how much time and
effort you are looking to throw into these various projects.


I know for sure that some of the networked sites are a really great
way of getting your name and website out there to a good
number of people. You would be sure to be a BIG draw on some
of the cam networks...and they can be a big added bonus item
for potential membership sign ups.
You probably wouldn't need to schedule too many chats either..maybe
just an hour a week...but that's all up to you and your time/desires/needs etc.

I'm not even sure if doing any cam shows would really be something that
you would want to do..or enjoy doing.
I tend to think that if you're really not into doing the shows...that it's
probably not something worth doing....you might just be wasting
your time with a non-productive time and energy sapping activity.


I have quite a bit of information and opinion regarding cam shows that I could share.
Please don't be mistaken into thinking that good cam shows are
an easy thing to pull off...they do NOT just happen.
There really is an art to producing a good cam show....if you care
about the quality of your productions/presentations..and I know that
you do...then you really should study up and do your homework
before you just try to slap together something that you'll call
a cam show.
Please don't ruin your good name in the business by putting out
something that is less than your usual high standards in quality.


I am just trying to help.
I know that with your personality that you have a good base from
which to start out with as far as cam shows are concerned.
...and from that base you can build and grow etc.

Always remember that shows are just that..they are "shows".

...and it's always good to have a strong script to fall back on...if
and when needed etc. ;)


Keep it all as simple as possible....you are the star....all that you

Yes, I totally understand. Of course I meant with a clearance from the commitment and without any kind of personal reference.
People who allow you to reuse the custom video could have a bonus, as a monthly membership or something like that.
I'm sure you can find a win-win solution for both of you.
About physical DVD's I'm still sure that I would greatly prefer to have the chance to download it.
I could think to a physical delivery only if one of your clones came to my house in person... :lol:

About live shows I give you my opinion as member (I guess you are interested): I'm not really sure I would like it.

First of all I think it's not fun.
Webcam girls give me the idea of strippers in dive locals, with a lot of fat and drunk maniacs :lol: telling them what to take off, what to do and so on...
Moreover the quality of this stuff is always "early 2000"... even worse than streaming videos!

Basically, even if maybe I've gone a bit with my imagination, I don't think it fits with you and your loyal fans, because you would have to play a role that is not yours, while in the current site you can show your real personality keeping the right distance (and that's fun!).
Even if it looks the opposite, I've the feeling that a live show doesn't really increase interactivity, because it easily could pull out the worst.

I'm sure you have something really different in mind, so give my opinion the weigh it deserves.
I agree with a lot of thing in the post of John2004: it must be a well planned step (as you've always done).
