Return Policy

There is a 10 day return policy on all items subject to the following conditions:

-Opened products cannot be returned unless defective.

-Defective items will be replaced with the SAME title only.

-Shipping charges are not refundable.

-Please contact us before returning your product in order to get a return merchandise number.

-Because the nature of the products, novelty items cannot be returned for any reason.

-The following procedures must be followed: Include youroriginal invoice recieved with your product or sent to you when ordering and the return merchandise number.

-All products must be shipped in a box including original cases and covers.
